Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. We use USPS and UPS depending on your location, so delivery times may vary slightly.

If you don't receive your order within 7 business days, please reach out to us at studio@getnorthernstandard.com and we'll investigate right away.

International orders are not currently available, but we're working on it. Let us know if you're outside the US and we'll see what we can do.

We stand behind our products. If your tag arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it for free. Just email us with a photo.
