Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your tags. If you're not satisfied, we make it easy.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Tags must be unused and in original condition to qualify.

To start a return, email us at studio@getnorthernstandard.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label so you don't pay to send it back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, but we'll cover the return shipping label. If your tag arrived damaged or defective, we'll replace it for free and of course, no return shipping needed.
